Steps to complete your China Visa Health Examinations
Step 1:
Download the China Visa Health Examinations form here: FOREIGNER_PHYSICAL_EXAMINATION_FORM_01
Step 2:
Call for appointment with Health Screening Centre at +603-2037 2368 or email to wellness@tungshin.com.my
Step 3:
Bring along the China Visa Health Examinations form with passport size photo (White background) and an I/C or Passport during your visit.
Step 4:
Complete your Health Examinations test.

Step 5:

Prior Examination:
No need for Fasting before examination.
